  • OverHead Door Parts Canada ships the next business day of receiving your order. A tracking number will be sent to you by email.  The carriers used for shipping are FedEx, Canada Post and Day & Ross.

    Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, please follow the instructions below.

    1. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us and request to return the original item. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. The merchandise must be returned in their original condition (100% complete) with all original parts and free from any defects within 30 days (ie. defects on  a remote from trying to open it). Please note that it takes us 2 to 3 business days to process returns once they arrive. For products returned in original condition, a refund will issued less our shipping expenses. A refund will be issued depending on the condition, at the discretion of Overhead Door Parts Canada, if products are not returned in the original condition.

    2. If you received a faulty item, please contact us to request a new item to be shipped or a refund. You will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item.

    3. The customer is responsible for all Shipping and Handling charges incurred for returning any products to Overhead Door Parts Canada.

    4. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely with delivery confirmation and/or insurance. Overhead Door Parts Canada is not responsible for items lost/damaged in return shipment.  Please allow 1-2 weeks from return shipped date for your account to be credited. If you have not received the refund within 3 weeks of sending your order back please contact us.
